By extension Academia has come to mean the cultural accumulation of knowledge, its development and transmission across generations and its practitioners and transmitters. Within our team having accumulated total over 100 years of experience in safety and quality, we believe that sharing this experience with clients will greatly improve their organizational processes and business profitability. His working record counts five organizations start-up and development. He developed marketing and business strategies which brought increased sales and doubled income. He acquired reach work experience in Auditing and in OHS Management in three different organizations.
Head of Fire Safety Services Department

With more then 40 years of work experience as fire fighter and head of fire brigades. He has been awarded Medal for Firefighter Bravery and Fire Services Exemplary service Medal.
Mr. Albert has graduated from Fire Fighting Technical Institution of Kharkov and USSR Fire Fighting and Engineering School. Graduated from US Department of State Diplomatic security service Anti-terrorism Assistance Program. Worked as Inspector at Internal Affairs Fire Fighting Department.
Mr. Albert has over 10 years work experience as Deputy Rector at Academy of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs.
He Developed and implemented Fire Safety Management Systems’s” in several organizations. His duties included Auditing and acceptance of service providers.
HSE & Fire Safety Trainer & Auditor
Having Degree in Business Management & Administration and professional work experience over 12 years. Jaba is a trustful advocate of Safety Management system. Last 8 years he have worked in international organizations: in SGS Georgia as HSE Manager; in NRC International Services Ltd Representative Office in Georgia as Fire Safety Officer and Team Leader; in SEACOR Environmental Services International as WREP Project Oil Spill Respond, at BP as HSE Assistant and internationally in Belarus as Head of Fire Fighting Brigade and HSE Expert, He was Training staff in using the fire equipment and leading the project of department development.

Mrs Barbakadze has work experience from five different organizations as head of Finance Department. For number of years she was leading Finance Department of house of justice as Deputy Director and five years was managing finance department of Educational Institution.

Mr. Koba Makhatadze holds Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Bachelor Degree in Law. With 15+ years in management with responsibility in for safety of staff and operating system. He is Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist. Has participated in several projects and audits for Fire and Occupational Health and Safety. Mr. Koba is Head of Training Center at Safety Academia.

Davit has 25 year of successful work experience and 15 year in the leadership role. He stands out with hands-on experience, in setting up the Safety Management System, Emergency Response Plan, Quality and Security Management System. Developed and implemented the OSH & Environmental Management Systems within multi-national organizations. Having top skills in lecturing, training and staff development. Achieved success in the safety program promotion and developed strategies for organization’s transformation. He helps companies not only to achieve compliance but to go beyond. With success was managing BP Georgia Air Support Base with overall responsibility of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.

Holds BS in Engineering from Aerospace Engineering (TU DELFT), Successfully Graduated from New Castle College in the UK, where he received AS in mathematical studies and Information Technology. Mr. Ebtehaj has several start-up international experience. He served in different roles capacity, including in a Safety and Quality Management Systems in Middle East, and European countries. Sina brings valuable Management experience, analytical skills, strong background in Consulting, Information Technology, excellent expertise in customer relationships, challenging situations in very professional manners. He has experience in change of management, critical projects, risk assesments and ocupational safety system implementation.
